Packing and locking the dance floor start to finish is an art on its own! The first part of the equation is having a talented Dj who can mix songs seamlessly. Dj Caff has been working with Del Vinyl for the last couple years and we are lucky to have him on our team. Check his bio out in the "about section" @ http://www.delvinyl.com/about/ .
A few tips for the Wedding Dance Floor
1 - Hire a Dj that can actually mix (beat match) and do it well. Why? - A Dj that has clean seamless mixes and impeccable selections creates the exciting atmosphere needed to captivate an audience for extended periods of time.
2 - Ask the Dj what their formula for success on the dance floor is. Why ? Anybody can play the big popular songs just like anybody with a camera can get a good shot. A great Dj will incorporate your selections in combination with his/her expertise of songs that he knows works along with what is hot at the time.
3 - Unique music choices - Why ? People go to Weddings all the time and hear the same cliche songs which can be boring. When you book a seasoned professional you will get clever mixes, edits, and gem selections that the average Dj wouldn't have. This sparks interest and impresses your guests.
